Will Carlo change anything without my approval?
No. Every change is staged as a diff and waits for your explicit approval behind step-up TOTP MFA — optionally with a two-man rule so no single admin can self-approve. (The Free Monitor is observe-only; Carlo's chat and staged fixes are Pro features.) Autopilot's closed-loop healing is opt-in, scoped to routines you enable, and every action still lands in the audit trail with rollback armed.
What happens if a deployed change breaks connectivity?
Every push arms a 10-minute automatic rollback safety net (a `reload in 10`-style timer). If the device loses connectivity after the change, it restores its previous state on its own — no permanent lockouts. You can also trigger one-click MFA-authenticated rollbacks at any time.
Where do my credentials live?
In the sealed Acutis credential vault — AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest. Reveals require fresh step-up MFA, every reveal is logged in a tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail, and high-risk operations can additionally require a second admin's approval.
Which vendors are supported?
