Terms of Service

Last updated: June 14, 2026 · Acutis Go is a product of Meadow Mountain AI LLC ("Acutis", "we", "us").

1. Agreement

By creating an account, installing the agent, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Acutis Go on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The service

Acutis Go is an endpoint diagnostic agent and dashboard that reports network and machine telemetry and produces a "network or machine?" assessment. The agent is observe-only: it diagnoses and reports; it does not configure, control, or remediate your systems.

3. Your responsibilities

• Install the agent only on devices you own or are authorized to administer.
• Keep your account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

4. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

• Paid plans (including the Founder plan at $99/month) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plans are not pro-rated on cancellation unless required by law.
• The "founder rate locked for life" means your monthly rate will not increase for as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@acutisgo.com.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the agent and service for your internal business purposes while your account is active. You may uninstall the agent at any time.

6. Diagnostic accuracy — important

Acutis Go's verdict is a fast heuristic, not a guarantee. It is provided to assist troubleshooting and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for critical decisions. You remain responsible for your systems and data.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acutis and Meadow Mountain AI LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Confirm governing-law state with counsel.]
