DNS lookup — compare the big resolvers
Enter a domain and see what Cloudflare, Google, DNS.SB and AliDNS each return at once. When they disagree, that's DNS filtering, propagation lag, or geo-balancing.
What the differences mean
- All return the same answer — DNS is healthy and the record has propagated everywhere.
- Different IPs — usually a big site using geo/CDN balancing (normal), or DNS filtering on a network that blocks/redirects the name.
- One resolver lags — you recently changed a DNS record and it hasn't propagated to that provider yet (TTL).
- A resolver returns nothing — it may not allow browser (CORS) queries, or it can't resolve the name.
Names check out — but is the problem even DNS?
If a domain resolves fine everywhere and you still have trouble, it isn't DNS. Acutis Go runs the full check — network, DNS and your own machine — in 60 seconds. Free.
