People and groups sync
Check id ad.sync
What it checks
When Gate last copied people and groups from AD, whether it worked, and whether the regular sync is still running. Sync also disables Gate accounts for people who left the scope group.
What you might see

How to fix it
- Fix the cause in the message (usually the LDAP or keys step above), then Identity → Active Directory → Sync now.
- If sync stays late, restart Gate (Services → Acutis Gate → Restart, or
sudo docker compose restart gate). - Safety: one sync never disables more than half the people at once, in case a group was emptied by mistake.
