What it checks
Checks that this organization may use Gate: a license file on the on-prem editions, the monthly subscription on the hosted edition. Seats are the active people in Gate's scope.
What you might see
| Problem | No license is loaded. AI tool calls are paused until one is (Admin → License). | On-prem: AI calls stop; sign-in, console and audit keep working. |
| Check | 40 people are in scope but the license covers 25. Add seats before 2026-11-09. | Over the seat count, inside the 30-day grace. |
| Problem | The license expired on 2026-10-01. AI tool calls are paused. | Past the 10-day grace after expiry. |

How to fix it
On-prem (Linux or Windows):
- Sign in at app.acutisgo.com/gate → License: start the 14-day trial or buy seats, then download the license file.
- On your Gate: License → choose the file → Load (or paste its text).
- Too many people? Add seats in your Acutis account and load the new file, or remove people from the Gate scope group in Active Directory.
Hosted edition:
- License → This Gate (hosted): start the trial or subscribe, Change seats, or Manage billing for the card.
Grace rules: over the seat count, everyone keeps working for 30 days, then the newest people beyond the count are refused. After expiry there is a 10-day grace, then AI tool calls pause. Records are never removed.
