What it checks
One row per app you connected (each is an MCP server Gate fronts). Gate asks it for its tools. Apps that use each person's own sign-in are expected to ask for one.
What you might see

| Problem | https://hris.corp.example/mcp does not answer: upstream unreachable | Gate cannot reach the app. |
How to fix it
- Open My apps and check the app's URL.
- For apps that use each person's own key, the person stores it under My apps; Test as a person on the Health check shows whether it works for them.
- Check the firewall and DNS between Gate and the app.
