Database
Check id gate.db
What it checks
Gate asks its database a trivial question. Everything else (people, rules, the audit trail) lives there, so if this fails nothing else can work.
What you might see
| OK | The database answers. | Nothing to do. |
| Problem | The check itself failed: OperationalError: ... | Gate cannot reach or open its database. |
How to fix it
Windows Server: the database is a file, C:\ProgramData\AcutisGate\gate.db.
- Open Services, right-click Acutis Gate → Restart.
- Check the drive has enough disk space left (File Explorer → This PC).
- Read the end of
C:\ProgramData\AcutisGate\logs\service.logfor the error.
