Account & Billing¶
The Acutis Go agent is free and observe-only. Paid tiers add the fleet dashboard, alerts, history, and the network appliance.
Plans¶

How buying works¶
- Pick a plan on the pricing page and check out on Stripe's secure hosted page — we never see your card.
- You get a welcome email with the steps to set up your fleet.
- If you already have an account under that email, it's upgraded instantly. If not, sign up with the same email you paid with and your plan attaches automatically.
Managing your subscription¶
From your dashboard you can open the billing portal to:
- Update your card
- See and download invoices
- Cancel (access continues until the end of the period you've paid for)
Upgrading from inside the app¶
Admins can change tiers from the dashboard — it opens a Stripe checkout for the new plan and unlocks the features as soon as payment completes.
If a payment fails¶
Your access stays active while Stripe retries. If it ultimately can't collect, the subscription cancels and the account returns to Free — your agents keep working locally, you just lose the paid fleet features until you re-subscribe.
