The hardest part of remote support is getting someone to read you their IP address — or worse, their MAC address. Acutis Go replaces all of that with one short support code.

What a support code is

Every machine running the agent has a short code like 7K2-9QF. It uniquely identifies that machine to your support team without anyone reading out IPs, adapter names, or hex addresses.

How a user finds their code

How support uses it

A technician enters the code at the support portal to pull up that machine's latest diagnostics — verdict, latency, DNS, gateway, Wi-Fi, public IP, and machine health — without touching the user's screen.
