Accounts, team & sign-in

Manage who gets into your dashboard and how. Everything here lives under ⚙ Account in the top bar.

Signing in

  • Email + password, with optional two-factor.
  • Sign in with Google — click the Google button on the login screen. If your email is already on the account it just logs you in; a brand-new Google user gets their own free workspace. Great for teams already on Google Workspace.

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Strongly recommended for any account that manages a fleet.

  1. ⚙ Account → Security → Set up 2FA.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.).
  3. Enter the 6-digit code to confirm.

From then on, sign-in and sensitive changes ask for the code. Lost your authenticator? Use "Lost your authenticator?" on the login screen to recover by email.

Your team

Admins can invite colleagues under ⚙ Account → Team:

  1. Team → Invite, enter their email, pick a role.
  2. They get an email to set a password (or they can use Sign in with Google).

Roles:

Role Can do
Viewer See the fleet and verdicts.
Technician Everything a viewer can, plus edit assets.
Admin Everything, plus deploy agents, manage the team, and change settings.

Remove someone anytime from the same panel.

Company sign-in (SSO)

If your team all uses one email domain, an admin can turn on Google Workspace SSO so colleagues sign in with their company Google account:

  1. ⚙ Account → SSO.
  2. Enter your verified domain (e.g. yourcompany.org) and save.
  3. Choose whether local email+password logins are still allowed alongside SSO.

Now anyone with a @yourcompany.org Google account can sign in, and you manage access through your existing Google Groups.

Passwords & payment

We never ask you to type card numbers or passwords into the dashboard for anything sensitive — sign-in and billing go through the proper secure flows. Billing is managed under Account → Billing (Stripe).

Changing your password

⚙ Account → Security → Change password. Forgot it? Use "Forgot password?" on the login screen.
