Acutis Gate

Acutis Gate lets your people use AI at work without giving the AI more than they have. Every AI tool call runs as the person who asked: their file shares, their apps, their rights. Your guardrails decide how far it may go, and everything lands in one audit trail.

It works with the AI you already use: Open WebUI and a local model, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, or any MCP client.

  • Install Hosted, Windows Server, or a Linux or Mac appliance. Pick one.

  • Step-by-step setups Hosted, Windows Server, Linux, Mac Studio, DGX Spark, and each sign-in type, click by click.

  • Guardrails & approvals Learning mode, rules in plain sentences, approvals, the data filter.

  • Audit & your SIEM The hash-chained trail, export, and streaming to Splunk or syslog.

  • License & billing Seats, the 14-day trial, and what happens when a license runs out.

  • Troubleshooting The Health check, testing one person, and the common fixes.

How it fits together

  1. Install Gate where it suits you: hosted, on a Windows Server, or as a Linux or Mac appliance.
  2. Connect your directory under Identity. People and their groups come from Active Directory (or Google Workspace) and stay in step with it.
  3. Point your AI at Gate under Connect an AI. One URL for every client.
  4. Watch, then set guardrails. A fresh Gate starts in learning mode: everything is allowed and recorded. After a normal week, build your first guardrails from the trail.
  5. Run the Health check whenever something looks off. It walks the whole chain and marks the first thing to fix.

The 30-second version

Install → open https://<gate name>/signup for the first admin → Identity → Connect → Connect an AI → copy the endpoint into your chat. Then ask it something only you can open.
