Your fleet dashboard

Everything you've deployed rolls up to one screen at app.acutisgo.com. Here's how to read it.

The summary strip

Across the top: Agents (with your seat count), Online, Healthy, and Needs attention. That last number is the one to watch — it counts machines that are online and reporting a real fault right now.

The machine list

Each row is one computer:

Column What it tells you
Hostname The machine (with its OS underneath).
IP / MAC Its address on the network.
Verdict The headline answer + confidence (see below).
CPU / RAM Live load. Turns amber when genuinely pegged.
Wi-Fi / link Signal strength (or "wired").
State Reporting now, or when it was last seen.

Search by hostname, IP, or MAC. Sort by any column. And you can drag column edges to resize and drag headers to reorder them — your layout is remembered.

List or cards

Toggle between the dense table and roomier cards with the view switch. Prefer a lot of machines at a glance? Use the table.

The verdict — what "network or machine" means

Every agent answers one question every 60 seconds:

  • Healthy — network path is clean and the machine looks fine.
  • It's the network — the connection is the problem (often upstream/ISP, or weak Wi-Fi).
  • It's your PC — the network's fine; the machine needs attention (e.g. a real runaway process, or a driver fault).

The percentage is the agent's confidence. A momentary CPU blip or a benign Windows-Update spike won't flip the verdict — it only says "it's your PC" when there's a genuine, corroborated cause.

The per-machine deep-dive

Click any row for the full picture: internet & gateway reachability, public IP, DNS, Wi-Fi SSID + signal, CPU/RAM, uptime, machine-health events (driver/app crashes, certificate expiry), and the exact signals behind the verdict. From here you can also run an on-demand speed test and grab a support code to share a snapshot.

Assets (Plus & Founder)

The Assets tab is a lightweight, Google-Sheets-style tracker attached to each machine — employee, department, model, serial, asset tag, location, notes — with CSV export. It's the paid unlock; the fleet monitoring itself is what you deploy for.
