Add a computer to your fleet

The easiest way to get Acutis Go onto a computer and joined to your dashboard. No command line, no typing — for one machine or a hundred.

  1. Sign in at app.acutisgo.com.
  2. Click Add computers (top-right of your fleet).
  3. Click ⬇ Download 1-click installer. This saves a small file called Install Acutis Go.cmd — it already has your workspace's join code baked in.
  4. Get that file onto the computer you want to add (email it to yourself, a shared drive, or a USB stick — see below).
  5. On that computer, double-click Install Acutis Go.
  6. If Windows asks "Do you want to allow this?", click Yes.
  7. A black window runs for about a minute, then says All done. Close it.

That's it. The computer appears in your fleet within a minute, and starts answering "network or machine?" every 60 seconds.

Did it work?

Open your dashboard — the new computer shows up in the list with its verdict, CPU/RAM, and Wi-Fi. If it's not there after a minute, see Troubleshooting.

What gets installed

A tiny, code-signed background service and a status icon. It's observe-only — it watches network path, Wi-Fi, DNS, drivers, certificates, and CPU/RAM. It never reads your files and holds no passwords. It updates itself automatically (signed + hash-verified).

On a USB stick

Handy for a computer that's fresh, offline at first, or that you're handing to someone else:

  1. Copy the downloaded Install Acutis Go.cmd onto a USB stick.
  2. Plug the USB into the other computer.
  3. Double-click Install Acutis GoYes → wait a minute.

You can reuse the same USB on as many computers as your plan allows. (The computer needs internet to pull the signed agent — Wi-Fi is fine; only the small launcher is on the stick.)

Paste-one-line (for a quick single machine)

If you'd rather not download a file, open Windows PowerShell as administrator and paste the one-liner from Add computers → Rolling out to many computers? (IT). It downloads, installs, and enrolls in one step — one Yes on the prompt.

A one-time code instead

Under Add computers → Rolling out to many? → Mint a one-time code, you can generate a single-use code that expires in 30 minutes. Use it when you want to let one person add just their own PC without giving them your reusable deploy token. They install the agent, then run acutis-go --enroll <code> once.

The seat cap is checked when a machine enrolls — an unused installer or code grants nothing. Need more seats? Upgrade from Account in the dashboard.
